A sophisticated new addition to the Montrose area, this 30,000 square foot, five story office building will grace Montrose Boulevard with a beautiful seven story clock tower inspired by Sienna's black and white striped Duomo. The building will contain four floors of office space atop ground-level retail. Italian detailed windows on Sienna stucco with a stone clad base will complete the Mediterranean tone of this airy gem. Graceful and practical, this building's fresh simplicity and Mediterranean style will echo the character of the neighboring community and will be a welcomed addition to The Campanile office building complex.
